A telehandler is a multifunctional lifting and material-handling machine used in construction, ports and terminals, agriculture, and industrial sites. Telehandler tires are generally available in three main types: pneumatic, foam-filled, and solid. Common telehandler tire sizes include13.00-24 and 14.00-24. Non-marking telehandler tires are also available for specific indoor and specialized applications.

  1. Pneumatic Telehandler Tire: Pneumatic telehandler tires are the cheapest tires on the market. They are suitable for light work conditions.

  2. Foam-Filled Telehandler Tires: Foam- filed telehandler tires are pneumatic tires, filled with foam rather than air. This allows them to be puncture-resistant and safer for work.

  3. Solid Telehandler Tires: Solid telehandler tires are more expensive tires than pneumatic and foam-filled tires. These tires are not filled with air; they are 100% puncture-proof tires.

Why Solid Tires? 25/05/2017
Traditional pneumatic and foam filled tires cannot survive harsh environments like junk yards, recycling plants, glass units etc. Solid tires are 100% puncture and flat proof tires. These tires have resistance to cutting, chipping, and chunking. Solid rubber tires work well even in severe abusive environments on heavy loaded, slow moving industrial equipment.
